App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tamtris Web Services Inc., SpellThatApp.com and its directors, officers, agents and employees disclaim all warranties, either express or implied including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. Tamtris Web Services Inc., SpellThatApp.com and its directors, officers, agents and employees shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including direct, indirect, lost profits or information, business interruption, or other pecuniary loss, even if they or anyone of them have been advised of the possibility of such damage or loss.

Termination and Cancellation

Either you or Tamtris Web Services Inc. may terminate or cancel your access at any time, with or without cause. You understand and agree that the cancellation of your account is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with Tamtris Web Services Inc. or SpellThatApp.com. This includes, but is not limited to, any dispute related to, or arising out of: (1) any term of this Agreement; (2) Tamtris Web Services Inc. or SpellThatApp.com's enforcement or application of this Agreement; (3) the content available on SpellThatApp.com's web site or the Spell That! App; (4) your ability to access and/or use SpellThatApp.com/Spell That! App including the revocation of your access to any part of the site.

Modification

All updates to this agreement will be posted directly on SpellThatApp.com web site.
